How will I receive my eBook after purchase?
As soon as the purchase is made (e.g. through credit card, PayPal, etc.), you will receive a confirmation email with a downloadable link. The link also appears on the 'Thank You' page after purchase. To note: The downloadable link is active for 30 days. After 30 days, it will expire. Please get in contact (thevisualkitchen.contact@gmail.com) if you do not download the eBook within those 30 days and we will resend you a new. Once the eBook has been downloaded via the link, the eBook will not expire.
Can I download my eBook more than once?
Yes! You can download your eBook more than once during the 30-day period that your download link is active. If your link expires before you’ve had the chance to download, just contact us and we’ll happily resend it.
I didn’t receive my download email — what should I do?

What devices can I read the eBook on?

Do I need special software to open the eBook?
No special software is needed to open your eBook. It’s provided as a PDF file, which works on most devices.
Can I print the ebook?
Yes, you can print the recipes from your eBook. Since it’s a PDF file, you can easily print individual recipes or the whole book if you’d like a paper copy in your kitchen. We ask that you print one (1) physical copy for your personal use only, as required and not share, forward or redistribute any copies as per our terms and conditions which is agreed upon, when purchasing any of The Visual Kitchen products. Will my eBook expire once downloaded?
No — once you’ve downloaded your eBook, it won’t expire. The file is yours to keep and you can access it anytime on your device.
do you offer refunds?
As our eBooks are digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the file has been delivered. If you experience any issues downloading your eBook or accessing the content, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
